What are the shipping times for your products?

We estimate average delivery times between 1 and 2 weeks anywhere in the United StatesDuring the peak season, due to high demand, it can take up to 2-3 weeks for the delivery of your item

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes we do.

Do you provide product tracking / tracking information?

Yes, 3 days after your order we will be able to provide you with a tracking number. To do this, contact us via our contact page, indicating your order number.

Some items are missing from my order, what is happening?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If, for example, it contains articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Send us a picture via our contact page with your order number, and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can however trace your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel that you need help tracing your package or want to find out about it, contact us via our contact page with your order number.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers may encounter with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make it in the event that the remedy is made within 07 days of the date of the order and that the product (s) concerned are not sold.
